Some of the questions in an interview can catch you by surprise if you are not prepared to handle them. It does make sense to go through the standard set of questions and answers to help you handle the job interview better. The same question can be asked with some twists but the answer remains the same. What are your expectations from this company? I am hungry for knowledge, experience and expertise. I believe these are the characteristics that can take me places in my career. I expect that the company gives me ample chances to add to my skills.
What are your expectations of the next company at which you will be working? I am looking forward to working with this company as I already know about the opportunities that this company offers that can help me grow my career by leaps and bounds.
What are your top 3 expectations from the company as an employee? I would like to 1) add skills through on the job training 2) grow professionally with the company and 3) advance my career by contributing to the exponential growth of the company.
Some of these answers would look like tall orders if you are not thorough on the basic preparation mentioned above. Also, you must be in a position that you can talk about contributing to the growth of the company like a head of the department or CEO. You can talk about taking your department forward if you are appearing for a lower position and then grow indirectly with the company.
